My signature coaching program that allows a busy girl in her 20s living with:

  • overwhelm,
  • insecurity, and
  • feeling stuck,

because EVERYONE deserves balance.

Session 1: Balance

Life doesn’t have to feel out of control—even when your circumstances might be. You’ll learn how to separate what’s happening from what you’re thinking so you can take your power back and create peace on purpose.

Session 2: Acceptance

You actually don’t need to “fix” yourself to feel better. When you learn to embrace the full, messy, beautiful 50/50 of life—with radical compassion—you stop resisting reality and start working with it.

Session 3: Letting Go

Let’s be real: most of your stress is coming from expectations that were never yours to carry. Here, you’ll release the pressure to control everything and everyone—including yourself.

Session 4: Awareness

If you’ve been avoiding feelings like they’re the plague, you’re not alone. But emotions are actually your superpower. We’ll build the skill of feeling everything —without it running the show.

Session 5: Nurture

True self-care goes deeper than a face mask. You’ll learn how to take aligned action, stop buffering with procrastination and distractions, and build habits that feel like love , not punishment.

Session 6: Create your Dream Life

This is where the magic happens… for the 6th time. You’ll get clear on the life you actually want and start creating it—one intentional thought, feeling, and action at a time.

Here’s how it works

You’ll get:

  • 6 private 1:1 coaching sessions (60 minutes each)
  • Short, powerful video lessons and guided worksheets for solid support between sessions- allowing OUR sessions to be a lot more coaching and a lot less teaching
  • The freedom to schedule all your sessions up front or book them week-by-week, depending on what your schedule needs
  • 9 weeks to complete the program — so you maintain that momentum WHILE still having the flexibility to travel, breathe, or go deeper with a concept when you need to
